There are numerous differences between Great Britain (GBUnited Kingdom (UK) and United States (US) English spelling and, as stated elsewhere, we don't consider eitheraccept having a mix of them superior. It is only because ofGB and US spelling on the site, while preferring the UK spelling for articles titles and content in our continuous aim for uniformity that at Radiopaedia.org we tend to stick to GB spelling.

Changes by our editors adhere to this principle and it would be appreciated if contributors also try to follow GB spelling, although it is not incorrect per se to use US spelling.
