Clear cell tumors of the lung are rare benign pulmonary neoplasms that contain an abundant amount of glycogen. It is often classified under the spectrum of p erivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas).

Radiographic features

Usually seen as a rounded, smooth-walled, and peripheral parenchymal nodule without cavitation or calcification. There is no recognized lobar distribution.
