Pseudobladder

Pseudobladder refers to a pelvic cystic mass that simulates the urinary bladder.

The location of the lesion should allow differentiation from the bladder but if doubt exists and clinical necessity arises, a delayed phase CT/MRI with excreted contrast or Foley catheter-administered retrograde contrast medium filling the bladder will help to differentiate the bladder from other causes.
