Talk bubble sign

The speech bubble (or talk bubble) sign is ascribed to the appearance of a Baker's cyst.

This is related to the neck of the cyst arising from the synovial space into the more prominent dilated cystic component and located between the medial head of the gastrocnemius and the semimembranosus tendons.
