Presentation
Long standing swelling in the popliteal fossa. Soft tissue ultrasound was performed which revealed a predominantly cystic mass with a solid component in its superior aspect.

MRI was performed depicting a mass with associated cystic component. The lesion is in the popliteal fossa immediately posterior to the femoral shaft.
