Presentation

Right sided leg pain.

Patient Data

Gender: Male
x-ray

Permeative ill-defined region in the proximal tibia with associated anterior soft tissue mass and spiculated periosteal reaction. 

Nuclear medicine

Increased uptake on all three phases in the right proximal tibia. 

Grossly abnormal proximal tibia with thickened and irregular cortex with widespread soft tissue calcification and periosteal reaction.

mri

Large enhancing mass in the proximal tibia with extensive extra-osseous soft tissue component.
