Pes cavus

Standing AP frontal and lateral views of both feet have been obtained. There are bilateral pes cavus present. The talar domes are flattened. The standing frontal views of feet and ankle show forefoot varus with inversion.
Case Discussion
The patient is known to have Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.
