Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts

MR images revealed small, simple cysts in both ovaries, follicular in origin. The cysts have regressed in size and showed no evidence of fat, septation, or hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
A twenty year old girl was referred for evaluation of "large cysts" diagnosed by ultrasonography. Her previous USG (not shown) revealed 2.5 cm cyst in each adnexa of the uterus.
