Destruction of bodies of L4 and L5 vertebrae. There was also soft tissue mass extending into the spinal canal and tracking into a paraspinal mass.

Case Discussion

This patient was a known case of pulmonary tuberculosis undergoing treatment. He developed back pain. The MR images showed destruction of bodies of L4 and L5. There was also soft tissue mass extending into the spinal canal and tracking along the paraspinal mass.
