Presentation

Congenital sacral swelling and fecal incontinence with a recent increase in the size of the mass.

Patient Data

Age: 4 years
Gender: Female

A large heterogeneously enhancing mass within the pelvis and arising from the sacrococcygeal region, pushing the urinary bladder, rectum, and large bowels anteriorly. Multiple lung nodules in the thorax are suggestive of metastasis.
