A right renal rounded intraparenchymal hypodense lesion with layered dependent density representing milk of calcium, in keeping with a calyceal diverticulum.
Case Discussion
In the excretory phase, calyceal diverticulum accumulates contrast confirming the diagnosis. Milk of calcium can be present in a calyceal diverticulum or a renal cyst.
