Presentation

No breath sounds on the left post intubation.

x-ray

Endotracheal tube (ETT) tip projects over the right main bronchus. Complete whiteout of the left hemithorax in keeping with collapse in this setting. 

x-ray

ETT has been pulled back and is now appropriately positioned with the tip in between the medial heads of the clavicles. Left lung has re-expanded.
