An ill-marginated calculus in the right pelvis overlies the region of the bladder

ultrasound

Cystic structure within the bladder in keeping with ureterocoele. Shadowing echogenic focus in keeping with a calculus. 

Case Discussion

This cause demonstrates bilateral orthotopic (simple) ureterocoeles with secondary calculi in right ureterocoele.
