Solitary bone plasmacytoma

Discussion:

Solitary bone plasmacytoma: the thoracic vertebrae are most commonly involved, followed by lumbar, sacral, and cervical vertebrae. The rib, sternum, clavicle, and/or scapula are involved in ~20% of cases.

This case was discussed in a multidisciplinary meeting where the diagnosis was announced.
