Mucocele of the sphenoid sinus

The sphenoid sinus is expanded elevating the pituitary gland upwards. It contains non-enhancing material of intermediate to high T1 signal and heterogeneous T2 signal with areas of signal loss.
Features are most likely those of a mucocele.
