Antenatal TIFFA (anomaly) scan. Prior scans were normal.

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

A midline defect in lip is seen with non-visualization of usual pre-maxillary triangle. Cleft lip can be diagnosed in this particular coronal plane.
