Bilateral multi-focal calcific densities are projected over the expected location of the kidneys. Appearances are suggestive of medullary nephrocalcinosis in the correct clinical context.

Confirmation of medullary nephrocalcinosis with multifocal medullary echogenicity across both kidneys and mirroring the appearance on the X-ray.
