Testicular mixed germ cell tumor

Presentation

The patient had noticed a mass in his right testicle 2 weeks ago. Ultrasound examination was inconclusive.

MRI showed patchy hypointensities within the right testicle on T2-weighted images, but no circumscript lesion. T1-weighted imaging didn't clearly show an abnormality. After contrast, a rim-enhancing mass with central necrosis could be seen. 

Case Discussion

Orchiectomy was performed. A mixed germ cell tumor was diagnosed by histologic examination.
