There is haziness of bilateral sacro-iliac joint articular margins with subchondral sclerosis.
There is reduction of bilateral hip joint space with marginal osteophytes and subchondral cysts.
Case Discussion
A known case of ankylosing spondylitis (diagnosed 7 years ago) shows typical pelvic radiographic findings.
