20 days post coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), presenting with abdominal distension.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Sloughed esophagus, pneumoperitonium, pneumatosis intestinalis, portal vein gas, hepatic, splenic and renal ischemia.

Case Discussion

Findings are in keeping with multiorgan hypoperfusion ischemia.
