Presentation

Seizure. Found to be hypocalcemic.

Patient Data

Age: 15 months
Gender: Female
x-ray

Radiographs of the wrist and knee demonstrate metaphyseal splaying, cupping and fraying, as well as generalized osteopaenia.  Similar findings at the rib ends on the chest x-ray.

Multilevel anterior rib expansion., most prominent on the right.
