Presentation

The mother noticed a right-sided neck bulge and torticollis.

Patient Data

Age: 28 days
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Focal ill-defined fusiform thickening of the right sternocleidomastoid muscle without a mass lesion. The contralateral left sternocleidomastoid muscle is normal. No other neck abnormality.
