Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Unsteadiness, impaired vision, cognitive impairment worsening over one month

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Diffuse cortical restricted diffusion, more prominent on the left.
Minimal involvement of left pulvinar and caudate head.

Case Discussion

Typical diffuse cortical "ribbon" restricted diffusion with minimal T2 change, often involving the basal ganglia, but not particularly in this case.
