Patient Data

ct

Diffuse heterogenous enhacing soft tissue lesion is seen studded over omentum. Gross ascites is seen, with bilateral adnexal mass lesions and liver metastases.

Case Discussion

In view of omental caking and bilateral adnexal masses, possible Krukenburg's tumor and secondary omental deposits was sought. However, no gastric or intestinal mass lesion could be visualized. Endoscopy was also done, which did not reveal any mass lesion. CA-125 was raised, so possible left ovarian mitotic etiology is being considered as possibility. However, patient is not willing for any biopsy at present.
