Parapharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma

Ovoid mass in the prestyloid parapharyngeal space on the right with sharp borders, inhomogeneous T2 signal, and only faint enhancement.
Case Discussion
About half of masses in this compartment arise from salivary gland tissue, mostly from the deep parotid lobe. Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common of these.
