Acute right middle cerebral artery infarct with hyperdense artery sign.

A darker window is used to accentuate the low attenuation areas of the infarct.

  1. hyperdense middle cerebral artery sign
  2. vanishing basal ganglia sign
  3. loss of insular ribbon sign
  4. sulcal effacement
