There is a fusiform dilatation of the common hepatic and common bile ducts. Dilatation is up to the junction with the main pancreatic duct.

Abnormal high junction of pancreatic duct and CBD with abnormally long common channel. 

Case Discussion

Imaging features of choledochal cyst type I according to Todani classification. It is associated with anomalous pancreaticobiliary junction type b (non-stenotic), which could be the predisposing factor for the development of a choledochal cyst.
