Congenital pulmonary stenosis

Discussion:

The infant was cyanotic at birth and cardiac ultrasound found pulmonary valve stenosis ASD, VSD, and transposition of the great vessels. A Mustard procedure was performed. The patient re-presents with evidence of pulmonary congestion. 

Congenital pulmonary stenosis (CPS) broadly refers to a congenital narrowing along any segment of the pulmonary arterial system.
