Elevation of the cardiac apex and cardiomegaly with peripheral pruning of the pulmonary vasculature.
Case Discussion
The infant was cyanotic at birth and cardiac ultrasound found pulmonary valve stenosis ASD, VSD, and transposition of the great vessels. A Mustard procedure was performed. The patient re-presents with evidence of pulmonary congestion.
