An old fracture through the midshaft of the right clavicle is demonstrated with non-union. The fracture ends are hypertrophied and the proximal components is subluxed superior to the distal.

The non-union / pseudoarthrosis of the clavicle has been resected, and a plate and multiple screws applied with the near anatomical alignment.

Case Discussion

Typical appearances of a clavicular fracture with unusual non-union of the fracture requiring plate-and-screw internal fixation.
