Urethral calculus

Presentation

Difficulty in passing urine for two days.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

There is a calculus (about 3 mm) in the urethra causing post void urine volume of 46 ml.

Bladder neck appears to prolapse into the vagina.

No hydronephrosis or hydroureter on either side.
