Tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis

Presentation

Right sided supraclavicular mass lesion for the last few days.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Well-defined lesion is noted between IJV and subclavian vein. No hilar fat is noted. No significant vascularity. No cystic area is noted. Few tiny nodes are noted surrounding this lesion. Fat in between these lesions is echogenic.
