Left index finger abscess. Pain proximal interphalangeal joints & metacarpophalangeal joints.

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

This series shows severe contractures, dislocations, acro-osteolysis. Loss of muscle bulk and loss of skin folds. No soft tissue calcification
