Pain in the left upper arm when exercising with dumbbells.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Soft tissue calcifications and bone erosions at the insertion of the pectoralis major tendon.

Case Discussion

Judging from the undulating appearance of the calcified tendon, an old (partial) rupture can be suspected.
