Hypoechoic lobulated mass with angular margins and peripheral echogenicity.
Case Discussion
As a general rule of thumb in breast imaging, beware the post menopausal woman who develops anything in her breast. Post menopausal breasts are meant to involute. If anything changes, in a breast be doubly careful.
