Head NECT shows gyriform hyperdensity in the right anterior frontal upper convexity region, of uncertain aetiology. Subarachnoid hemorrhage seems less plausible since the hyperdensity is intra-axial. Subtle partly calcified neoplasm (oligodendroglioma)? Cortical laminar necrosis? Further investigations recommended with MRI.
