What, broadly speaking, is the differential for adrenal calcification?
Haemorrhage, infection (esp TB), adrenal tumours (although more frequently unilateral). In an infant, Wolman disease is a possibility.
Plain abdominal radiograph shows bilateral triangular foci of calcifications near the adrenal lodge, compatible with bilateral adrenal calcifications.
