Presentation

Shoulder pain persistently. History of regular gyming.

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Male

Type III acromial configuration with anteroinferior slope, and reduced fat space between acromion and supraspinatus tendon. Acromioclavicular joint hypertrophy is also seen.
