Considering a 21 year old female presenting with such features, is cyanotic heart disease a favoured diagnosis?
Most of the TOF patients, with cyanotic heart disease usually succumb by age of 10 years, if left untreated. This is a rarer case of 'pink TOF' or acyanotic presentation.
