Avulsed bone flake is noted adjacent to medial tibial condyle.
Case Discussion
Avulsion of the medial proximal tibial articular surface (reverse Segond fracture) suggests disruption of the medial collateral ligament. This uncommon injury is associated with medial meniscal and PCL injuries.
