There is an anechoic lesion in the subcutaneous plane of the proximal thigh on the lateral aspect. It is near to greater trochanter but does not abutt it. It is measuring 3 x 6 x 11 cm in AP, TS and CC dimensions.
The lesion is compressible. Echoes are noted within. It has a well-defined thin capsule (< 2 mm) around. No flow is noted in its wall. A septum is also present. A mobile echogenic nodule is noted within - probably fat lobule.
