Large pseudoaneurysm with intense enhancement in the upper third of the left kidney (former tumor location). Ectatic vessels also at the lateral border of the middle third. Segmental hypoperfusion at the lower left kidney pole, probably due to renal infarction.
Retroaortic left renal vein is demonstrated.
