Presentation

Chronic upper abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Multple small calcific nodules in the spleen and liver. Calcification of lymph nodes in the hepatoduodenal region.

Case Discussion

These calcifications may be the result of former granulomatous infectious disease (e.g. TB, brucellosis, histoplasmosis).
