Presentation

Patient with Sjogren syndrome, for follow up

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral, symmetrical reticular opacities are noted. Lung volume preserved. No pneumothorax. no pleural effusion. Normal cardio-mediastinal contour. 

Bilateral, variable sized, pulmonary air cysts. No pneumothorax. No pleural effusion. No pulmonary nodules.

65 year old lady with Sjogren disease and cystic pulmonary change from lymphoid interstitial pneumonia (LIP).

10 years follow up shows stable thin-walled pulmonary cysts scattered through both lungs.
