Hodgkin lymphoma: gross mesenteric lymphadenopathy

Presentation

Abdominal distension. Past history of Hodgkin lymphoma.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Displacement of bowel loops laterally by a large central abdominal mass

Gross mesenteric mass lesions consistent with lymphadenopathy.  Spleen is also enlarged.  

Case Discussion

Biopsy of enlarged neck node demonstrated Hodgkin lymphoma.
