Small hyperintense signal area is seen on the T1W images in the right supra-sellar region, which shows hyper to intermediate signal on the T2W images.
Multiple small T1W hyperintense signal areas are seen in the right sylvian fissure, subarachnoid spaces at right fronto-temporal region and right supra-sellar cistern.
Case Discussion
These findings most likely represent small dermoid cyst with rupture into the subarachnoid spaces.
