Presentation

Painless facial mass centered on the right maxilla.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

A solitary, lucent, unilocular lesion with smooth, corticated borders is seen In the maxilla which expands into the left maxillary sinus.

 

Case Discussion

Painless swelling centered on the right maxilla in a middle-aged female with a lesion that expands the bone, but without fracture or periosteal reaction, these features indicate an odontogenic keratocyst.
