Giant liver hemangioma

Presentation

Abdominal pain at right upper quadrant.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Multiple hypodense lesions are seen in the liver. After contrast injection, peripheral nodular enhancement on early phases and  blood pool on delayed phase are noted.

Case Discussion

The findings consistent multiple liver hemangiomas . Some of the lesions are larger than 4 cm and called giant hemangioma.
