Fatty liver with diffuse low attenuation of its parenchyma.

Diffuse pancreatic parenchymal enlargement is seen with surrounding retroperitoneal fat stranding and fluid in a 45 years patient. The findings are consistent with acute pancreatitis. No evidence of parenchymal necrosis.
