Presentation

Heavy smoker. Hematuria. Previous ultrasound showed an endoluminal nodule in the region of the anterior wall of the bladder, suggestive of bladder cancer.

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

There is a heterogeneously enhancing mass located in anterior the wall of the bladder with intravesical extension, with the appearances of extension into urachal remnants. 

Case Discussion

Carcinomas of the urachus are extremely rare neoplasms.

The patient underwent surgery that confirmed the diagnosis of urachal adenocarcinoma
